Processing and delivery times

Orders typically require 1–3 business days for processing. Estimated transit time is generally 10–15 days, excluding processing time, customs clearance, carrier delays, weekends, and holidays.

International shipping

We ship to many international destinations. If we cannot ship an order to your location, we will contact you. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by the destination country.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive an email with the tracking number after the order ships. Some carriers may take 1–3 business days to display the first tracking update.

Address accuracy

Please confirm your billing and shipping addresses before completing checkout. Nexus Battery Solutions is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect address supplied with the order. If we make an address or fulfillment error, we will work to correct it.

Separate packages

Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages for logistical reasons.

Missing or delayed packages

If tracking has not updated for more than seven business days or you believe a package is missing, email nexusbatterysolutions@gmail.com with your order number.
