Refund & Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving an eligible item to request a return.
A 15% restocking fee applies to returned items.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with any tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Starting a return
Email nexusbatterysolutions@gmail.com before sending an item back. If the return is accepted, we will provide instructions for where and how to send the package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and, after the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing and posting times vary by bank or card provider.
